The driving current of the I / O port of the single-chip microcomputer is small, so it is generally unable to directly drive the stepping motor. In Figure 9-10, the ULN2003 is used as the driving chip of the stepping motor. The working voltage of the ULN2003 is high, the working current is large, the filling current can reach 500mA, and it can bear the voltage of 50V in the off state, and the output can also run in parallel with the high load current. It is only necessary to send data to P1 port according to 8 steps in table 9-2 (c) and drive through ULN2003 to realize forward running of stepping motor according to 1-2 phase excitation method. |
